When you choose this package you'll get a unique look 'behind the scenes' of the daily life of various indigenous communities in Costa Rica! 

DAY 1 and 2
Departure to Aventuras Naturales. From here you will go on a guided boat trip on the river Yorkin until you arrive at the indigenous community of BriBri. The members of the friendly and hospitable family Torres will tell you everything about their traditions and habits and they will show you around their village and its beautiful natural surroundings.

Inclusive:
- 2 nights
- 6 meals
- Transport by canoe Bambú-Yorkin-Bambú
- Guided tour of the forest and the cacao and banana plantations
- Guided tour of the community and the river
- Presentation of making chocolate (and taste it!) and a demonstration of the craftsmanship of the community


DAY 3
Departure to Villa La Argentina and Pocora de Limón. Here you will stay with a local family and they will explain and show you their customs, traditions and lifestyle.
You will also hear more about a local organization advocating for the protection and improvement of the use of natural resources in the area. Its focus is on individual and collective initiatives to protect the rivers ‘Dos Novillos’ (2 oxes), the most important water source for the residents of the Pocora community.

- Guided tour through the garden with medicinal plants
- Workshop making soap and a herbal drink


DAY 4
After lunch you will travel to Sarapiqui. Here you will stay with the local family Linda Vista de Chilamate who live next to the river Sarapiqui close to the tropical rainforest, previously the territory of the indigenous tribe Votos.

- Guided hike to the indian graves
- Authentic cooking on stove
- Bird watching tour
 

DAY 5
You say goodbye to the family after lunch and continue your Edventure.

The price above is per person for groups of 2 to 4 people.

For groups of 6 to 10 people, the price will be $ 190 per person.

This packages can be extended by two days, the price for 7 days will be $ 300 per person for groups of 2 to 4 people and $ 250 per person for groups of 6 to 10 people.

* Transport is not inclusive, but we provide the travel information between the several destinations by bus. Depending on the number of people and budget we can also offer customized personal service.
